Purchasing Assistant
 

I began working for the City of Norwalk's Purchasing Department in 1989. I enjoy the job mainly because the continual interpersonal contact required. I like people. I find that I am in a position to assist many which is very rewarding. I have learned a great deal about centralized purchasing, and find the field very interesting. Since we spend many hours at work it helps to enjoy the environment the staff in the Purchasing Department have created as a team.

When not at work, I enjoy negotiating deals at garage sales!  Also, spending time with my daughter, Catherine, redecorating her new home.
